Theres never enough of it!!
Well, I am still here and still hanging in … 11 weeks left until my competition and my progress is going slower than I would have liked.
I’m frustrated but I realize why my weight is not going down as fast as it should be . I haven t had a drink since Feb 15th. My food intake is great and I am drinking plenty of water.
Problem is TIMEI DO NOT have enough time! In the past month I’ve taken on more than I can chewso to speak.
I ‘ve taken on a few more clients and I’m also doing some redecorating projects on the side. So when I don’t have clients I run around shopping for furniture, fabrics, lighting, and everything else in between, there isn’t a store in Montreal I dont know about…lol
The thing is I’m left with very little time or energy.
I’m on the “run” all day long and by the end of my day,(which starts at 5am and usually ends at 6 or 7)I get home, eat, prep for the following day and then find myself too exhausted to drag myself down to the gym, so I try to get more sleep in order to compensate for the lack of training. But even that becomes a challenge….UGGGHHHH! There are just not enough hours in a day!
All this being said, I need to re evaluate…set my priorities…put my needs first… all this is easier said than done.
I do sympathize with many women out there and would love to hear back from you. We all have issues and daily dilemmas that we could possibly help each other with … or at least vent about.
The good news …yes, there is good news… lol … I have lost weight and body fat. I am down to 176lbs (started at 183lbs) and 18% BF (started at 20.2%). The body fat is my biggest concern, I have 11 weeks left to get down to 9%BF. It’s REALLY going to be tough… But I will do it … because I love a challenge!
Be back here in a week, hope to hear from you!
